What Is The French Dukan Diet?

Phase III, Consolidation, is the step that helps prevent major weight gain in the future. Some of the forbidden foods are being reintroduced in the menu for five days a week. We're talking about bread, fruits, cheese, starchy foods. But one day of pure diet, must be respected every week.

The final phase, Phase IV, is the Stabilization step. In this phase with the help of a few rules (which must be followed exactly), anyone can eat whatever comes in mind, without gaining any extra weight. If one follows this phase carefully for the rest of their lives, they should not have any weight problem again.

The Dukan Diet is a program for losing the extra weight, but does not guarantee extreme results in a short period of time. This a diet based on medical and nutritional studies.
